Biñan ay isang lungsod sa lalawigan ng Laguna sa Pilipinas na may mahabang kasaysayan at kultura. Ito ay matatagpuan sa Timog Katimugang bahagi ng Kalakhang Maynila at isa sa mga pinakamalaking bayan sa lalawigan ng Laguna.

Ang bayan ng Biñan ay kilala sa kanyang mahusay na sistema ng edukasyon at kanyang maraming naiambag sa kasaysayan ng bansa. Ito ay ang lugar kung saan ipinanganak ang unang Pilipinong pangulo ng Republika ng Pilipinas, si Jose P.
